My New ROCKABILLY Line of Jewellery!

After dreaming about owning a 40's Bakelite cherrie necklace for so long and not being able to afford the $400+ price tag for one, I decided to make my own......out of glass.  You guys know that I am a glass artist, so each fruit and leaf bead was made by me!

I absolutely love making them and soon branched away from cherries to other berries.

What do you all think? I sourced some replica bakelite chain and each piece is one of a kind. If anyone is interested, I take custom orders and will be listing them for sale in my ETSY store within the next week.

More New MODE Colors

And yet again I have found more colors I don't yet have in the bin of MODE's at my local chemist. Still a crazy bargain price of 2 for $4. I did hear that Mode were bringing out new colors towards the end of the year...I wonder if this is some of them?

First up, High Fashion. An almost black Midnight Blue. After 2 coats it does look black except for in full sunlight where you can just see blue at the cuticles. 2 coats.

Frenemy, 2 coats. This color is gorgeous but I'm not sure about it on me. It's a hot Orange with gold flash and just yummo.

Starry Night, 2 coats. A shimmering Army Green. This reminded me of Zoya Edyta so I did a comparison.

Edyta is on the middle and little fingers. You can see that it's darker and more foil-y than Starry Night.

Have any of my Aussie followers noticed any other new colors in their Mode bins recently?

Milani Photo Flash

After only getting a couple of the Flash colors from Cherry Culture, I used up a store voucher and bought the rest. This one is again, a gorgeous color, and absolutely nothing like the color swatch on CC!

Foils are my bestest polish finish me thinks. The shimmer on this is beautiful.  This was 2 coats.

I went a little 'old school' and decided to go 2030 with the stamping. Finished with a coat of Seche QD.

China Glaze 2Nite & Rockin' Rocket

Do I need to say anything? No, not really.

Except that this was 2 coats and I stamped with Warm Black Konad and finished with a coat of Seche QD.

And these are Miss. Summer's nails.   She is 2 and wanted rainbow blue nails too. 
Aren't they gorgeous?!

And her Mummy's nails in Orly Rockin' Rocket and stamped with China Glaze 2030.  Gotcha Lara!
