Nfu-Oh 52
If I wore a different color every day out of my current stash I could blog every day for 2 years. So therefore I am NOT buying any more. I know I can almost stick to this as I have been for about 6 months. NOTHING lately is catching my eye....every collection is boring. So it's good for my purse.
This is one of my favourites, Nfu-Oh 52. I layered it over Revlon Royal to conserve it. And matte top is on my ring finger. Matte top coat is every bottle of flakies best friend.

Yeahhhhh Baby in 1960's Pop Mod
Winter sees me grabbing for my 60's gear. 1950's is my look, but let's face it.....it's not really made for cold weather. A cupcake dress under a thick coat, tights and a wooly hat is not the 50's best look. 1960's on the other hand, is made from warmer fabrics, there is no shortage of finding long sleeve dresses and knee high boots and leopard print coats were MADE for this era.
60's Pop Mod Dress: eBay
60's Leopard Coat & Vintage Leather Belt: Garage sale
Boots: RMK 10 years ago

Chevron Silver Nails
Dead Set Babes had a 25% sale on her decals a couple of weeks ago so for almost next to nix I bagged a pile of decals to play with. The chevron decals make this style of nail art so easy to do....just pop on a decal, paint then lift. No mucking around with strips of tape that meet exactly in the middle!
I used Gosh Silver for the base and Cult Nails Fetish for the black. Popped on a gold stud and finished with Seche QD.

Gradient Butterfly Nails
I seem to have found a bit of mojo when it comes to stamping. I did lose it for awhile and the thought of bothering with nail art was just too tiresome. We renovated the house, which lasted for 6 months, and my nails became too messed up to worry about. As a result, ideas left my brain and my skills evaporated. But I really am trying to get motivated again and spend more time with my nails.
I did this gradient with Ulta3 Pale Dahlia and Essence Off to Miami. I need a dotting tool as my freehand white dots are terrible! The glitter is Sally Hansen Big Money. Finished with Cult Nails Wicked Fast.

Making Jewellery, Bakelite, Flowers and Trashy Diva
I made this necklace! I had a handful of old Bakelite blobs, dice, blocks and shapes I got with an auction lot a long time ago. I had plans of making them into a chunky bracelet so I drilled holes through the lot. After making a bracelet, it really didn't look fabulous so I took it apart, wired them onto headpins and made a 40's style cha-cha necklace instead. Much nicer, yes?
It matched nicely with my Trashy Diva Walk in the Park dress. I added platform Miss L Fire shoes, warm tights, a cardi and lots of flowers.
Isn't Bakelite divine?
Dress: Trashy Diva
Cardi: Modcloth
Shoes: Miss L Fire
Hair Flowers: Dynamite-darling, eBay

The Flash! Nails with Dead Set Babes Decals
The first episode of the new series of The Flash was on TV a couple of weeks ago! Altho not a huge Comic book fan, Flash Gordon and The Flash are my favourites. So when Dead Set Babes started selling Lightning decals.....I knew I had to purchase them immediately.
The base is Color Club Almost Famous, Red is OPI's Over and Over a-Gwen, ring finger is Dead Set Babes Zap Bang Pow glitter and middle finger glitter is Sally Hansen's Cha Ching.
