As soon as Bernie released photos of this dress, it went on my MUST BUY OR ELSE I MAY JUST DROP DEAD list. Unique Vintage had it for 25% off during Black Friday, so it went into the shopping cart.
The super wide navy belt comes with the dress, and I am unsure about it. It is too wide for my waist length, it sits right under by boobs and it's a little uncomfortable. I am sure you longer waisted gals will have no problem with it tho ;)
Next time I wear it I may swap it for a thinner red one and see how it looks.

I love this new style of cut that Bernie's released, and that it comes with a belt, bonus :D However I do feel like a thinner red belt would look even more fab, especially with those darling red peep toes!
