This is the third polish I won in Laquerheads of Oz's giveaway a couple of weeks ago. Slowly Growing Deaf is certainly unique, with a blue/grey base chocked full of teeny red and silver glitter. This was 2 coats.
It's a neat colour combination for sure - a bit like the palettes from Christmas and Easter ran smack-dab into each other. I think it might be fun for just the tip on an otherwise white or red mani.
