Yes, I managed to snag a pair of the scrumptious Thumper's the exact MOMENT they were released onto Irregular Choice's website. I even stayed up past my bedtime to do so. About 3 minutes after I completed checkout, they had completely sold out. I did a little dance when my order was marked as shipped when I woke up the next morning.
Needless to say, they cause an absolute stir out in public. I am like the Pied Piper with a trail of children behind me yelling to their Mothers that "That lady has BUNNIES on her shoes!" Older people just stare, point, whisper.....and take sneaky photos on their phones. And I just smile.
Yes, I am a Smug Witch cause I snagged a pair of Thumper heels.....and they look Fabulous.

The deciding is the hardest part! Dont forget to click on the Outlet tab on their website to be taken to the sale section. Shipping is expensive from there as opposed to the main site tho.

Really cute - for me I would maybe wear them once and then not again but I not only live in the Cali redwoods with a lot of grunge and plaid and left over hippie looks/arts & crafts that these would not work for the terrain even out my front door. Also since I had to have a knee and hip replaced from a bone disease in my 20's, I don't do well in heels - but when I have been to 'the city' I see things like this IRL being worn - the more way out the heals are the better of late it seems...Woopie G on The View is a crack up with her shoe fettih - who would think she of all folk would end up a way out there shoe hound>?
ReplyDeleteWell, these are not a regular outing shoe for me either. Mainly because I don't want to wear them out, they need to last until I cant walk in heels anymore! Every girl needs at least 1 pair of unwalkable shoes....right?
