Our Week

I made a rainbow cheesecake!
EDITED: I've been asked for the recipe!  Here IT IS.  Being in Australia, I swapped the graham crackers for Marie biscuits and didn't add any cinnamon or sugar to the crumbs. :)

We had a HUGE bonfire which lit up the sky.

My gorgeous 38 week pregnant girlfriend!

Miss 11 took photos of a photo and thought she was rather clever.

I went to see The Great Gatsby and I am in love!  I could watch this over and over.  *Smitten*

How was your week?

  3. Wow! Rainbow cheesecake. Very cool. I've lived i states where bonfires are illegal (except at certain beaches) due to the fact that everything will catch fire and burn. First in California, wild fire capital of the US ans next Nevada a high desert state.

  6. That has got to be one of the coolest cheesecakes I've ever seen - what a seriously neat spin on the rainbow cake trend. Yum-yum-yum! Thank you for sharing a link to the recipe, honey. If you'd ever like me to send you some graham crackers (regular or gluten-free, we have both here in Canada), just let me know and I'd be more than happy to.
