GIVEAWAY Shout Out To Businesses!

As you all know, I am soon to hit 3,000 followers on my blog and am putting together a giveaway to celebrate this!

I have had awesome donations from several leading Beauty and Vintage brands already, but am still looking for more sponsors to make this giveaway the best-est EVER! Anything related to this blog would be most appreciated and this can include: Vintage or Retro, Beauty and Hair, Handmade Body products, Craft, Lampwork Glass Art, Stationary.... just to name some.

If you have a business and would like a bit of exposure and free advertising for a month in return for a product or gift certificate that I can use in my giveaway, please contact me. I get an average of 1,200 hits a DAY on my blog.

Thanks guys!

Glitter Gal Lizard Belly

I have had these photos for a million years, but am posting them now because I still have horrible nubbins!!  I really don't want to show my fingers any more than I have to in the next couple of weeks, so I am going thru my past manicures.

Glitter Gal make the best-est linear holos.

Two coats and photos taken in artificial light with a flash.

This photo above is not of the greatest quality, but it shows the true color of Lizard Belly with no flash or holo blazing.

What A Waste Of Time....

The first day of Autumn was cold, rainy and windy. So windy, I couldn't get my dress to stay put! Or my hair that I had set in perfect Dita Von Teese curls just that morning....what a waste of time.

This is why proper ladies should always wear a petticoat!

The wind would just not play nice!

My gorgeous little wooden cat brooch with Scotty dog charm. I found this recently at a Fair for only $5.

You can't see them properly, but the pockets have a slash of red that just peeks out. Love them.

The best I could get. My hair is ruined....and I'm spent.

50's Dress & Bolero:  eBay
Shoes: Naughty Monkey
40's Novelty brooch: Round She Goes Vintage Fair

HITS Mari Moon Cutie Pie

Unfortunately my photos can't capture the easy color shift in this polish. No tricky angles are needed to get the colors to pop, every move your fingers make flash shifts of vivid purple to blue to green.

I did one coat of Cutie Pie over black. By itself, Cutie Pie is a wishy-washy pale mess.

I purcashed my bottle from llarowe.

Max Factor Fantasy Fire

Yes, I am one of those dupeheads that got sucked into thinking this is the next best thing since 230. It's gorgeous and everything but since reading STEF'S comparison post, I am a little deflated that it's not really like 230 at all.

Here is 2 coats of Fantasy Fire over 2 coats of Mode Glamazon.

I couldn't see a lot of color shift to the green and couldn't grab it quick enough to get a good photo.

I paid $20 including shipping to Australia for this on eBay.
Who else has paid thru the nose for this tiny bottle of sparkly supposed dupe-ess?

Lustables!

I want to look like Idda. Isn't she the most insanely gorgeous woman you have ever, ever seen?

I want my eyelids painted with 'Gone With The Wind' scenes too!

This gorgeous 50s dress or basically anything THIS SELLER has for sale.

I am completely in love with this wall.

Hands up who thinks I deserve a solid gold Mustang??   Me too.

I *really, really* would love these shoes but somehow I think they are a little too way out...even for me.   Do I dare??

I have studied this photo and have concluded that it is quite easy to do. Hence, this garden path is the next thing on my "To Do When I Have A Spare Week" list!

I want to eat this so bad.
