Spectraflair Midnite Holo
I'm so FREAKING clever!
Constance Carroll Midnight with Spectraflair and a little clear. Eat your heart out DS Glamour!!
Two coats. Finished with a coat of Seche QD.
And the best thing is, I don't have to shake the hell out of this before the Spectraflair mixes back in, this color polish must be a suspension base.......I'm not 100% sure of what this means, if someone wants to explain it to me I would be grateful!

That is amazing!! You are very clever :D
ReplyDeleteWOW, beautiful!!!
ReplyDeleteThis is amazing!
ReplyDeleteYEP you sure did a great job with this one!! Spectraflair is so freaking cool. Re the suspension base. A plain clear polish wont suspend spectraflair, glitter or anything else, but a suspension base will. A polish that already has something in it, either glitter or any sort of pigment colour is already a suspension base and will hold the spectraflair.
ReplyDeleteThat is one gorgeous polish!
ReplyDeleteThis is really blue. This is really holo. This is!!!!
ReplyDeleteCool, thanks everyone!
ReplyDeleteThanks Cathy. My rose color didn't hold the Spectraflair and it settles to the bottom, why wouldnt that be a suspension base being already colored?
I think its just how dense the suspension base is. TKB sell two type of suspension base, one that can suspend micas and one that can hold glitters. I guess the spectraflair is heavy whereas that rose pigment is light and doesn't need a strong suspension base to hold it. I've never come across this though, I just assumed if it already had a colour then it would hold the spectraflair - so thanks for your experimenting for us! :)
ReplyDeleteReally gorgeous polish!! I like holograpics :)
ReplyDeleteWOW! I have seen a lot of holo polishes lately, but this one is sooooooo awesome! Love it!
