What A Waste Of Time....

The first day of Autumn was cold, rainy and windy. So windy, I couldn't get my dress to stay put! Or my hair that I had set in perfect Dita Von Teese curls just that morning....what a waste of time.


This is why proper ladies should always wear a petticoat!


The wind would just not play nice!


My gorgeous little wooden cat brooch with Scotty dog charm. I found this recently at a Fair for only $5.


You can't see them properly, but the pockets have a slash of red that just peeks out. Love them.


The best I could get. My hair is ruined....and I'm spent.

    I love the red and gray together and the huge swing skirt. Chicago is SUPER windy so I always wear a slip under my vintage dresses. :) I'm in love with your brooch, I'm a fan of novelty jewelry.

    The dress is so cute! The wind sure has a way of messing things up. I hate when I get my Bettie bangs looking perfecto, and they get messed up thanks to the wind when I'm walking to work. :/
