A Princess Party

I decided to throw a party for Miss 4 after she requested something that required an excuse for herself and friends to dress in Princess outfits. And I needed an excuse to try out a tower rainbow cake.

The 'outside' of the cake. By the next morning it had started to lean! We had to cut and eat pronto!

The inside!   7 layers of sugary, rainbowy goodness!  Aren't I super dooper clever?!

Princess Miss 4 and friends.

I also made racing car Tiny Teddies and Miss F.B brought Princess teacups.

SO MUCH FUN!!

Who else gets sucked into 'no reason parties'?

  2. That looks brilliant. I wouldn't mind a slice of that cake. Were the princesses able to get through a whole piece? One day I will have to try those tea cups and Racing Tiny Teddies.

I am glad that my children don't read the blog otherwise I might have to lift my game! :)

    1. Us adults couldn't even eat a whole slice! Miss 4 did the best tho I think, being the sugar addi8ct she is. Tiny teddies are very easy, you just need Millky Way bars, choc frosting and Smarties!

  5. How fun! The cake looks great too. Looks like everyone had a ton of fun.
I've been wanting to make something like that just for the fun of it. Unfortunately, it takes the two of us a long time to eat a small cake.

  6. Are you kidding me? You made that cake? I would have gone OFF as a kid over that cake. Actually, I am going OFF right now over it.

  7. What an incredibly lovely, creative birthday cake! I can just imagine how enthralled your little miss must have been with this whole resplendent party (I'm 28 and would go gaga for a cake like that!).
