Crackle Polish is getting news lately and everyone wants to try some! It just happens that Australian brand, BYS, make an awesome crackle polish and I have 2 Full size 14ml bottles of Black and Red colors to GIVEAWAY!!
In my experience you apply it like this:
Add a funky colored basecoat (pink looks great under black and white looks fab under red), and while the base color is slightly still wet, add a thin coat of crackle polish. Let dry. Or for more OOMPH, I put my fingers in front of a hairdryer or heater to get the crackles going crazy.
Apply a topcoat!
